We are a family owned and operated business dedicated to providing the world with the most flavorful, gentle on the jaw, quality jerky.

We started the business with a small dehydrator for the intention of enjoying jerky with a low salt content that was easily accessible. After a few trials we decided on a couple flavors and started dehydrating. Excited to share our delicious creation with friends and family, we started passing some out. And that's when it all started....requests for "MORE Jerky!"
